Identity and qualification documents uploaded by Professionals are used solely for verification. They are stored securely, access is restricted to authorised personnel for verification purposes, and they are never displayed publicly on the Platform.

For quality assurance, safety and training, online sessions and support calls may be monitored or recorded. Such recordings remain the property of Zuno and are used to enhance the Services, teaching quality and session experience. Access is restricted to authorised personnel, and recordings are retained and handled in line with this Policy.

7. Location data

Location access is optional and used only to auto-select your nearest saved address and to surface nearby Professionals. You can disable location permission at any time in your device settings; the app will then fall back to your saved or default address.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer required, information is deleted or anonymised.
